食道癌、胃癌、大腸癌、肝臓癌、膵臓癌など消化器癌に対する外科的治療と化学療法、緩和ケア。胆嚢炎、虫垂炎、鼠径ヘルニアなどの良性疾患に対する手術。

2007年富山大学医学部卒業。京都大学関連病院で外科トレーニングを受け、2013年京都大学医学部研究科博士課程（肝胆膵・移植外科）へ進み博士号を取得。2019年からは金沢医科大学一般・消化器外科にて勤務（上部消化管チーム、2020年～講師）。2021年8月より米国ミネソタ大学にて消化器癌に関する基礎研究を継続中。手術、化学療法、緩和ケア、医学研究を通して消化器癌と闘う外科医。
